Scorpion Powers the Inaugural Sonic Boom Community Music Festival in Burton upon Trent

Organised by Sonic Boom CIC in partnership with East Staffordshire Borough Council, the festival brought together local talent, music lovers, and the wider community in a vibrant celebration of music.

Sonic Boom 2024 took place in Burton’s historic marketplace, transforming the town centre into a buzzing festival venue. As the production partner, Scorpion Production Group delivered a comprehensive range of services ensuring the success of this highly anticipated event. From staging and sound to lighting, video, and safety infrastructure, our team managed every technical aspect to bring Sonic Boom to life.

Stage, Sound, and Lighting

At the heart of the festival was the main stage, a large, professionally designed platform that showcased an eclectic mix of performances throughout the day. Scorpion Production Group provided all stage equipment, providing a sturdy and reliable setup for both the artists and production team. The sound system was a critical component of the festival’s success, delivering crystal-clear audio to the large crowds gathered in the marketplace. With a powerful, high-quality system, including a mix of flown line arrays and subwoofers, we ensured that every note and lyric reached the audience, creating an immersive musical experience.
